Remember me talking about wanting to lose weight and trying that 14 days to a better body thing? And then I said "If you don't hear from me it's because I fell off the wagon..." Well. I really DIDN'T fall off the wagon. I got sick. And by sick I simply mean I had a migraine. That went on and on. But the last three days I have started over. I don't care about the weight (Not true, I'd LOVE to lose ten pounds or better yet...15), I am more concerned about inches.Anyway, there's my update. I started it over.
You might notice there is not any real cardio on there. Right now I am trying to get into a routine. Then I'll add in my cardio.
Just walking, cutting candy (sob) and soda (bye bye my beloved Coke!) for now.
You are making some great changes! Keep on!
ReplyDeleteGood for you friend. I know I started out Jan great with exercising - just a small amount each day. I've been feeling really crummy this week - and to be honest hadn't been good about for a couple of weeks. *sigh* Not sure why it is so hard sometimes, but hoping to pick it back up soon. When I feel well.
